Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end to end recruitment process
2. Manage recruitment across the bottom, middle & top levels
3. Analyze, understand & manage client's requirements
4. Source & screen candidates' profiles through various means like job portals, headhunting, references, social networking, etc.
5. Match the relevance of candidates profiles with the requirements being shared by the clients
6. Manage coordination between the clients & candidates
7. Share updates & follow up with candidates

Probation:
