Key responsibilities:

1. Designing and updating job descriptions
2. Handling the entire recruitment cycle from identification of ideal candidates to assessment of profiles till joining
3. Sourcing candidates using job-portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Contacting and briefing suitable candidates
5. Conducting interviews and preparing inputs for internal review and client review
6. Working on database management
7. Building strong relationships and having consultative skills while working with candidates, hiring managers, and key business partners & influencing, informing, and negotiating
8. Advertising jobs on careers pages, job boards, and social media handles
9. Preparing assignments and assessments for candidates
10. Analyzing candidate responses and reason logically
11. Developing a sustainable recruiting strategy based on our goals and needs
12. Imparting for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points, and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best-in-class candidate and client experience
