Key responsibilities:

1. File documents and answer client and employee inquiries
2. Schedule interviews and confirm applicant availability
3. Gather and organize job applications
4. Write employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
5. Assist in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws
6. Participate and assists in career days and company social and networking events
7. Perform ad hoc tasks as required
