About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the client requirement and managing end-to-end recruitment accordingly
2. Sourcing candidates through database/job portals/social media
3. Headhunting for getting the correct candidates
4. Screening the candidates as per the JD
5. Following up with candidates for interviews
6. Regularly checking with the client for any new requirements
7. Working on database management

Note:

1. Working Days: 5 days working (Monday - Friday)
2. Interview & Job Location:- Noida Sec 2, B-55, 3rd floor, near metro station 15
3. Interview Time & Date - 11 AM to 5pm & Monday to Friday
