1. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source candidates for various roles, using tools and social networks such as LinkedIn, search engines, cold calling, networking, etc.
3. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
4. Maintain records of interviews and profiles
5. Assist in reviewing and pre-screening resumes
6. Schedule candidate interviews and office visits
7. Provide administrative support to the HR manager
8. Carry out other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned
