HR Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Write and post technical job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri Indeed
3. Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
4. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities
5. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions)
6. Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs
7. Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive
candidates
8. Promote the company s reputation as a great place to work
9. Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
10. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products

Who can apply:

1. Proven work experience as a technical recruiter or recruiter
2. Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype, and structured)
3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases
4. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Solid understanding of HR practices.
7. B.Sc in human resources management, IT, or relevant degree
