HR Recruiter Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Conducting initial telephonic screening
3. Conducting initial interviews & arranging final interviews with HODs
4. Taking care of negotiation & offer process
5. Completing joining formalities of employees
6. Working on the maintenance of the database
7. Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, any change in letters if required, etc.
8. Conducting the induction of new joiners
9. Working on master database file update
10. Creating employee ID, co-coordinating with admin for ID & access cards issuing, visiting cards, etc.
11. Working on the review of induction and training after 1 week
12. Looking after the grievances of employees till 3 months (up to 3rd month review)
13. Working on the preparation of own hiring list and attrition rate (Back out) of own hiring
14. Preparing department-wise growth chart
15. Arranging training and related activities including hotel booking etc.
16. Working on bank account opening of new joiners
17. Scanning all documents of the candidates
