Familiarity with job sites like Monster, Shine, Indeed, etc.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like Naukri, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and CareerBuilder
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player & excellent record keeping skills
Should have their own laptop & smartphone
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 240000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 60000 /year
