Key responsibilities:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment (IT & non-IT)
2. Working on sourcing potential candidates from various job portals
3. Working on screening incoming resumes and application forms
4. Working on generating new leads through existing candidates and advertising job openings on the company's career page, social media, job boards, and internally
5. Working on candidate coordination
6. Working on maintaining day-to-day MIS and updating candidates' data on the ATS

Who can apply:

1. 3 to 6 months of recruitment experience in any industry
2. Well-versed with recruitment platforms
3. Knowledgeable in skill assessment processes, applicant tracking systems, candidate management systems, and HR databases
4. Excellent interpersonal, soft skills, and communication
