1. Research organizations and roles
2. Understand the criteria of roles and industries
3. Source candidates for various roles
4. Build proper databases of the senior-level talent pool
5. Understand the recruitment processes and help in various stages
6. Work on industry-wide mapping for recruitment
7. Call candidates for initial understanding and first-level evaluation
8. Schedule interviews

Requirements:

1. MBA is preferred
2. Women who had taken a break in their careers and want to get back are welcome 3. Must be willing to take on a full-time role
