Key responsibilities:

1. Interacting with the team, and constantly helping them evolve their skills and grow in their roles
2. Given we are in the digital space, training plays a huge role for us. We need our teams to be educated about the latest technology and upgrade their skills. L&D is a top priority and we would expect you to lead such initiatives proactively
3. Managing the overall team culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement is another key work area for you
4. Celebrating achievements and keeping the entire team informed about key milestones
5. Ensuring high retention and productivity rates are your overall KPIs
