- Maintain and manage the staff database, ensuring timely creation, updates, and data maintenance
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all platforms
- Generate regular reports and insights from the database for management review
2. Employee Management and Experience:
- Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all employees
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely and accurate information
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities
3. Backend Documents and Contracts Management:
- Create, manage, and organize all backend documents, including contracts, policies, and employee records
- Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, compliant with relevant laws and regulations, and easily accessible
- Coordinate with legal and other departments to maintain accurate records

Antarang Foundation focuses on developing employability skills in disadvantaged youth in urban low-income settlements. Through two structured programs, Antarang guides students in making career choices, provides training in core employability skills, and facilitates connections to employment opportunities aligned with their preferences. In the past decade, Antarang has positively impacted over 100,000 youth in Mumbai.
