1. Assist the HR/recruitment team in the recruitment process by preparing job descriptions, posting on social media, and managing the hiring/interview process
2. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures
3. Create and implement effective onboarding and hiring processes
4. Assist the HR team in other initiatives like communication, database management, employee records, etc
5. Assist in day-to-day HR operations
Skills and requirements:
1. Excellent command of written and spoken English
2. Should be familiar with the basics of the hiring and interviewing process
3. Should be creative and willing to learn and have a can-do attitude
