Human Resources & Admin (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the CEO to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a diverse talent pool
3. Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
4. Act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters
5. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and unbiased manner
6. Promote a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
7. Assist managers in setting performance goals and providing constructive feedback to employees
9. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs
10. Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment laws and company objectives
11. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy
12. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance
13. Manage the office and assure timely completion of admin work
14. Work on Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
15. Educate employees on available benefits and address inquiries related to compensation
16. Assist the management in other HR & office admin work
