About the job
This position is a unique blend of HR responsibilities and operational management, combining talent management and administrative tasks. You will assist the HR Manager in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. This dual role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as you will be a key point of contact for employees and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key responsibilities:

1. Participating in the recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to onboarding
2. Assisting in employee relations, addressing inquiries, and resolving HR-related issues
3. Managing and administering employee benefits programs and policies
4. Coordinating employee performance appraisals and feedback processes
5. Overseeing day-to-day operational tasks, including office management and facilities coordination

Qualifications and skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory or assistant management role
3. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills
5. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
6. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
7. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite

Working days - Monday to Saturday (Saturday's half day)
