About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Screening potential interns and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill the company's internship vacancies
2. Calling up shortlisted candidates to assess eligibility
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Running the onboarding cycle for selected candidates
5. Managing any other work related to administration and organizing the calendars of the directors for interviews

Other requirements

Master's/UG from any field (HR specialization will be favored)

Proficiency in written/spoken English

Experience with formal letter/email writing

A background in accounting or commerce in your UG or 12th will be preferred

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
