You will be responsible for understanding different HR solutions, creating content, and supporting the overall growth of Embrace Consulting.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research the market to identify the learning needs of organizations
2. Identify the latest trends and best practices in the market
3. Liaise with clients
4. Create HR content
5. Maintain project documentation and client folders
6. Adhere to the individual and team timelines
7. Analyze data of reports and special projects
8. Support for developing, revising, and implementing HR policies and procedures
Skills & Requirements:
1. MBA in HR from a B-School (desirable)
2. BA (Hons) in psychology is also preferred (desirable)
3. 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (desirable)
4. A self-motivated, confident, and high-on-energy individual with strong analytical skills and excellent communication and writing skills
5. Being able to confidently reach out to clients
6. Excellent writing, research, and organizational skills, a detail-oriented and proactive approach to projects
7. Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills
8. Should be fundamentally strong in concepts of HR
9. Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS-Powerpoint
