Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborating with department managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
2. Writing compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms and job boards
3. Conducting thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing to identify the best-fit candidates
4. Managing the entire recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and conducting background checks
5. Making data-driven hiring decisions based on candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
6. Extending job offers and negotiating employment terms with selected candidates
