Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Support the HR team in various HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities
2. Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
3. Participate in the interview process and provide feedback on candidates
4. Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating the completion of required training
5. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR information systems
6. Assist in HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HR documents, generating reports, and updating organizational charts
7. Support employee engagement initiatives by assisting in the planning and execution of employee events and programs
8. Contribute to the development and delivery of training and development programs for employees
9. Assist with HR projects as assigned, such as policy updates, performance management, or diversity and inclusion initiatives
10. Stay updated with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices are compliant

Who can apply:

2. Holding a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
