Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service
2. Rotate through our divisions of responsibility and provides ideas to grow and improve the business
3. Accept designated, business-focus projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present the final project during the internship
4. Assist the recruiting team in finding viable candidates for open positions as well as the facilitation of candidates through the recruiting process.
5. Source candidates through a variety of channels (LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, specialized sites, etc.)
6. Work on sourcing, mapping, candidate, and industry research
7. Work on the preparation of job descriptions for various profile
8. Work on screening via telephonic interview
9. Work on preparation of the pipeline for future employee requirements
10. Work on developing content related to human resources
