Key responsibilities:

1. Finding/Shortlisting candidates for vacancies
2. Scheduling interviews and following up after the interview
3. Connecting with professionals and onboarding them on HR Lab s portal
4. Managing HR Lab interns
5. Handling all sourcing responsibilities and making strategy for sourcing of job assigned
6. Assisting in business development
7. Training new interns for sourcing
8. Coordinating with the referral calling team/marketing team for jobs assigned
9. Coordinating with the managers for understanding the technical aspects of jobs
10. Deeply understanding the job profile and posting them on the portal

Who can apply:

1. Qualification: Pursuing MBA in HR or a graduate
2. Ideal candidate: Candidates with strong communication skills

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 15,001 /month

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,01,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
