Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Implement and administer employee policies
2. Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
3. Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
4. Offer proactive recruiting assistance
5. Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
6. Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
7. Prepare termination and severance letters
8. Provide support to HR team members

1. Post graduation degree in human resources management or related discipline
2. Only freshers
3. Should be ready to relocate
4. Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
5. Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
6. Customer-focused attitude, with a high level of professionalism and discretion
7. Familiarity with MS Office suite
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Multilingual
