Key responsibilities:

As a Human Resources Specialist at Ajira Ventures, you will play a vital role in shaping our company culture, talent acquisition, and employee engagement strategies. You will be responsible for various HR functions that support our organization's growth and development. This role requires a dedicated and motivated individual who is committed to fostering a positive work environment and helping our team members reach their full potential.

Key responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers. Implement effective onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.

Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and consistent manner. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture through various initiatives and programs.

HR Compliance:
Stay up-to-date with local labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance. Maintain and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Administer benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.

Performance Management:
Develop and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations. Assist in identifying employee development and training needs.

Employee Engagement:
Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs. Conduct surveys and gather feedback to gauge employee satisfaction and make improvements.

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month
