About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Understand the company vision and execute timely manpower requirements
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process by posting, updating, and removing job posts on various appropriate job sites and networks, screening resumes, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates, understanding the management's views, and finalizing candidates accordingly
3. Ensure that the new hire orientation process properly introduces new employees to the corporate culture
4. Work on administrative operations including updating the internal databases with new employee information, including contact details, CVs, offer letters, etc.
5. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
6. Create and put into action HR initiatives and strategies that are in line with the overall business plan
7. Handle workplace investigations, and disciplinary, and termination procedures
8. Improve ties between management and employees by responding to requests, grievances, or other issues
9. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
10. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
11. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
12. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
13. Cultivate a supportive workplace
Requirements
1. This is an immediate opening, apply only if you can join within a week
2. Post graduate degree in human resources or a related field
3. Proven working experience of 1-3 years as an HR executive or other project handling in the HR department
4. People-oriented and results-driven
5. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
6. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
7. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
8. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
