Human Resources (HR) Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on all people processes (recruitment selection, listening, performance & talent management, rewards & recognition) data analysis, hypothesis testing, report building, basic MIS, and dashboard creation
2. Working on process governance and audits for all people processes across the group company on a regular basis
3. Working on taking functional ownership of platform availability, setup, and issue resolution
4. Supporting basic HR operations activities in the HR BP portfolio for corporate and support functions
5. Participating in special project work as and when required
6. Managing reviews and meeting of people processes
7. Working on PMO support for people processes

Who can apply:

1. MBA in HR
2. Must be good with Excel (including formulas, macro) and PPT
3. Strong analytical bent of mind to assess and transform data
