Key responsibilities:

1. Handle pre-joining and joining formalities
2. Prepare welcome mailers
3. Enhance employee experience
4. Take care of new joiners' formalities
5. Work on reports with regard to joining
6. Work on employee lifecycle management
7. Work on joining, exit & post-exit formalities
8. Work on onboarding & induction
9. Facilitate the onboarding process
10. Work on the creation of ID cards, employee codes, and official email ID creation requests

Who can apply:

1. Exceptional organization and time management skills; project management skills will be an advantage
2. Good communication & problem-solving skills
