Join LineupX as a Human Resources (HR) Associate and help ensure that the company operates efficiently and provides a great working environment for all employees. You will work to help recruit, develop and manage the workforce in a way that is respectful, and supportive, and creates a positive working environment.
In this role, you will be expected to possess strong English proficiency both orally and in written communication. You will be the main point of contact for both new and existing employees, providing guidance and advice on a range of HR-related topics.
Key responsibilities:
1. Coordinate the recruitment process and provide guidance to hiring managers
2. Investigate and respond to employee complaints
3. Propose improvements to HR policies and procedures
4. Assist with onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees
5. Assist with performance management and employee development
6. Organize staff meetings and training sessions
7. Manage employee relations and communication
8. Analyze staff survey results and recommend changes
9. Provide administrative support to the HR department
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%
