About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on personnel management, including grievance handling
2. Work on the daily recording of attendance, pay scale, work report recording, recording and tracking of equipment, expenses, and reimbursements.
3. Work on compliances of PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws, MLFW, contract labor laws, TDS, income tax returns, etc
4. Work on documentation, inductions, and paper formalities of all existing and new joiners
5. Work on creating a pay scale structure and hiring new people

Required:

1. Candidates who have an academic and working background in HR

English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Labour laws MS-Excel Tally

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 /year
