Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portals, employee referrals, etc.
2. Screen & interview potential candidates from multiple recruitment sources
3. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge skills, learning skills, experience, and aptitudes to select only apt candidates for the specific job
4. Interview candidates and maintain a database of employees
5. Manage and execute the joining and documentation process

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in human resources, business, or a related field
2. Previous experience working in human resources
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Friendly and professional demeanor
5. Good organizational skills
