About the job
Key responsibilities will include:

1. Assist departments with their recruitment needs and liaison with agencies/stakeholders
2. Coordinate prospective candidates, interview them and administer offers
3. Oversee daily operations of the department - onboarding, employee engagement & off-boarding
4. Manage the HRMS system and conduct background verification checks with vendors
5. Prepare and maintain MIS trackers and ensure systematic data management
6. Work on tech automation projects and strategic programs
7. Prepare and present interactive and insightful reports and presentations
8. Manage employee grievances and query

2. Should have an eye for detail and work under tight timelines
3. Good communication and email drafting skills
4. Problem-solving and analytical ability
5. Agility and patience to multitask
6. Strong excel and presentation skills

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.5 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%
