Key responsibilities:

1. Understand requirements by analyzing job descriptions
2. Source candidates from various job portals
3. Responsible for taking initial levels of interviews
4. Scan them on various parameters like past experience, education, etc.
5. Schedule the shortlisted candidates for the next round of interviews
6. Engage with them till the final rounds of interview
7. Close offer loop
8. Get the candidates onboarded
