4. Engage to assess them on various parameters (technical, behavioral, training experience, etc.), and extract information and relevant data for the decision-making process
5. Negotiate with the trainer/consultant as per the allocated budget
6. Work on identifying the backup trainer/consultant for each training program to avoid cancellation and seamless delivery
7. Work on coordinating with the sales or delivery team for the technical evaluation call with the client SME and finalization of the training program
