Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain and manage employee records, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
2. Assist in payroll processing and maintain accurate attendance and leave records.
3. Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure proper documentation for reimbursements, benefits, and statutory compliance.
4. Support recruitment and onboarding processes through proper documentation and communication.
5. Handle basic accounting-related tasks such as invoice tracking, vendor coordination, and expense reports.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws through meticulous record-keeping.
7. Assist with internal audits and HR reporting.
