3. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific recruitment needs and requirements.
4. Engage with college placement cells and candidates, providing a positive and informative experience.
5. Aid in maintaining recruitment records and documentation. Support in other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Currently pursuing or recently graduated a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2. Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
3. Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus.
4. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
