Human Resources (HR) Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle job postings, source candidates, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees
2. Address conflicts, improve engagement, and ensure policy compliance
3. Manage payroll, salary structures, and benefits programs
4. Coordinate training, performance evaluations, and career development
5. Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage employee records, and maintain workplace safety
6. Maintain records, manage HR systems, and generate reports
7. Oversee appraisals, goal setting, and disciplinary actions
8. Promote work-life balance and wellness programs
9. Support organizational changes and communicate updates
10. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. Understand basic recruitment and HR processes
12. Possess good knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook
13. Work independently and collaboratively within a team
14. Show willingness to learn and grow within the organization
