About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Set up systems, processes, and activities best suited for the LIT Culture
2. Implement training and skill development plans
3. Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
4. Inform employees about additional benefits they're eligible for (e.g. extra vacation days)
5. Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
6. Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions, along with salary records
7. Forecast hiring needs and ensures the recruitment process runs smoothly
8. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
9. Monitor budgets by department
10. Process employees' queries and respond in a timely manner
11. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation

Requirements and skills:

1. Work experience in HR
2. Excellent problem-solving ability
3. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
4. Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
5. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
7. Team management skills
8. Only female and Ahmedabad candidates preferred

1. Fixed component: 80%
