About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for various IT and non-IT profiles
2. Evaluating, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers and soliciting feedback on candidates to refine the recruiting strategy, as applicable
3. Providing a positive candidate experience with frequent and timely communication throughout the recruitment process by sharing manager feedback and appropriately dispositioning all candidates
4. Educating candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation, and many advantages of employment and conducting appropriate compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closure of offers
5. Organising employee engagement activities
6. Bridging any gap between the organization's functions
