Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Accountable for designing, planning and coordinating the sourcing efforts
2. Screen and shortlist profiles from job portals, networking sites, referencing networking, and job hunting
3. Finding suitable candidates through understanding the requirements as per the
job description provided
4. Advertise job openings on the company s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
5. Develop diverse and ready-to-hire pipelines of candidates as designated
6. Evaluate candidate's profiles by conducting preliminary interviews and shortlisting candidates
7. Schedule in-person, video conferencing, and telephonic rounds of interviews with hiring managers
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
9. Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new leads
10. Coordinate with candidates in all stages until onboarding
11. Maintain talent database and updating the recruitment tracker
12. Should be able to give timely closures
13. Maintain employee documentation
14. Plan employee engagement activities
15. Handling HR operations activities
