About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling the hiring & recruitment requirements of IT and non-IT departments
2. Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the human resources department
3. Managing employees grievances
4. Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies
5. Measuring employee retention and turnover rates

Requirements:

1. Candidates who were active in co-curricular activities in school/college (preferred)
2. Candidates who are available to join full-time at our Noida office (preferred)
