About the job
Aaptatt is looking for a dynamic human resources executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional human resources executive to make an impact with a global company.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead the development, implementation, and management of HR programs, policies, and processes
2. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure an effective understanding of HR policies
3. Design and implement effective management practices and processes that support organizational development
4. Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for a variety of positions
5. Develop and maintain performance management practices and procedures
6. Manage employee relations issues and grievances in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
7. Provide effective guidance and support to managers on various HR issues including but not limited to employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and organizational development
8. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing HR programs and implement improvements
9. Manage the employee lifecycle from hire to retirement


1. The successful candidate will be experienced in English proficiency (spoken and written), MS- Excel, MS-Office and MS-Word

Earn certifications in these skills
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 10,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.2 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
