Minimum 1-3 years experience in recruitment (must be familiar with hiring portal e.g. Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, IIM jobs, campus hiring, etc.), campus hiring, employee engagement, HRIS
Should have written and verbal communication skills in English, particularly the ability to synthesize complex issues/scenarios into easy-to-understand concepts
Should have strong knowledge of program, process, and change management techniques; structured approaches to problem-solving, decision making, and business strategy
Should be able to deal with ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Should be able to maintain complete confidentiality when handling sensitive and non-routine information
Should be a self-starter - highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial
Should be detail-oriented and extremely organized with an ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks
Should be flexible in regards to work schedule and travel
Should be willing to travel for recruitment drives
