About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Hiring quality employees
2. Coordinating communication with candidates and scheduling interviews
3. Dealing with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
4. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
5. Building up processes for human resource management
6. Managing procurements and supplying or servicing requirements of different teams
7. Discovering profitable suppliers and initiating business and organization partnerships
8. Negotiating with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
9. Approving the ordering of necessary goods and services
10. Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
