1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
2. Source, screen, and interview candidates
3. Coordinate pre-employment testing, reference checks, and background checks
4. Conduct new employee orientations and onboarding activities
5. Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related issues, such as benefits, policies, and procedures
6. Develop and implement performance management programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans
7. Identify training and development needs and coordinate appropriate training programs
8. Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures
9. Communicate HR policies and procedures to employees and ensure understanding and adherence
Skills & Requirements:
1. Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills
2. Hands-on experience should be of 1 year on recruitment
3. Internship experience in recruitment is also encouraged
4. Master s degree in human resources (MBA - HR)
5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and startup culture
7. Good to have work experience with start-ups (internship also consider)
