Key responsibilities:
1. Handle general administrative tasks related to HR operations, such as managing employee documentation, preparing HR-related reports, and maintaining accurate employee records and data in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
2. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
4. Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a positive experience and are smoothly integrated into the organization
5. Conduct orientation sessions, assist with paperwork, and facilitate training programs
6. Help develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices
7. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, conduct audits, and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies
8. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding various HR-related matters
9. Set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, provide feedback to employees, and identify areas for improvement
10. Work closely with managers to develop performance improvement plans and ensure performance-related issues are addressed effectively
11. Assist in identifying training needs within the organization and coordinating training programs
