1. Manage end-end onboarding, contracts, and inductions
2. Support leaders and staff workers' compensation and compliance
3. Implement HR programs, policies, and procedures with the help of the senior manager
4. Ensure all corporate guidelines and compliance are adhered to
5. Provide high quality support and advice on a wide range of common HR matters, including guidance and coaching for employees and managers on workplace relations matters such as employee welfare, performance management, policy interpretation, wellness, and health
6. Provide guidance and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all relevant legal IR, relevant award, and company WHS compliance requirements
7. Identify & report risk areas such as grievances, injuries, incidents, and other risks
8. Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
9. Work on the development & production of various HR reports & statistics
