Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and leading people strategies, issuing employee contracts, and offering guidance and support to our team
2. Working on being an integral part of our team, providing strategic knowledge and expertise to ensure our staff reaches their performance goals
3. Serving as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries
4. Ensuring compliance with all employment laws
5. Working on employee benefits, payroll, recruitment, and retention
Required:
1. Bachelor's degree/MBA in human resources, business, or a related field
2. At least up to 2 years of experience in an HR executive role or equivalent
3. Comes with excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to work collaboratively with internal staff and external partners
5. Superior problem-solving and decision-making skills
6. Demonstrated ability to facilitate successful hiring processes, from sourcing to interviewing and onboarding the successful candidate
