Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Discussing and establishing qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers
2. Formulating detailed job descriptions and posting them
3. Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates
4. Using web-based technology and social media to analyze hiring trends, post job vacancies, and follow up with candidates during the hiring process
5. Producing reports on hiring plans and strategies
6. Measuring the results of candidate interviews and job placements using hiring metrics software
7. Analyzing recruitment software and the performance of recruitment agencies and recommending improvements or changes
8. Interviewing candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database of employees for future vacancies
9. Mediating between candidates and hiring managers
