Key responsibilities:

1. Work on employees' life cycle, i.e. recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and administering employee benefits
2. Recruit candidates
3. Hire the right employee
4. Process Payroll
5. Take disciplinary action when required
6. Update policies
7. Maintain employee records
8. Analyze similar businesses and try to onboard any good employees
