Human Resources (HR) Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Working on recruitment and on-boarding (excellent with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed platforms)
2. Working on employee welfare & engagement programs
3. Working on compensation and benefits programs
4. Working on the general administration of the office, hotel coordination for events, etc.
5. Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts.
6. Updating internal databases with new hire information and keep looking for good talent continuously via placement talks on campuses, and other HR forums
7. Creating and distributing policies, guidelines, and FAQ
8. Maintaining a very healthy and positive work culture in the office and being the interface between employees and management
