Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in day-to-day HR and admin functioning and coordination activities
2. Maintain the personnel file and update the staff information regular basis
3. Maintain the attendance records and Leave management
4. Assist and coordinate in the activities of recruitment and selection, induction, employee engagement and relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management
5. Assist in the training and development activities
6. Maintain general upkeep of the facility
7. Work on administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
